Due to the nature of Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements, we maintain a strict no-return policy to ensure product safety, quality, and hygiene standards.

No Returns or Exchanges

At TANAMANTA, we are committed to providing you with the highest quality AYUSH-certified Ayurvedic medicines and health supplements. However, for health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any of our products.

Why We Cannot Accept Returns

  • Health & Safety: Once Ayurvedic medicines leave our facility, we cannot guarantee their storage conditions, handling, or integrity.
  • Hygiene Standards: To maintain the highest hygiene standards, we cannot resell products that have been in customer possession.
  • Product Integrity: Ayurvedic formulations require specific storage conditions. We cannot verify if these conditions were maintained after delivery.
  • Regulatory Compliance: As AYUSH-certified products, we must adhere to strict quality and safety regulations that prohibit the resale of returned medicines.

Before You Order

We encourage you to:

  • Carefully review product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions
  • Consult with a healthcare professional if you have any health concerns or questions
  • Check the product details, quantity, and price before placing your order
  • Ensure your shipping address is correct
  • Contact us if you have any questions about our products before purchasing

Damaged or Defective Products

While we do not accept returns, we stand behind the quality of our products. If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during shipping
  • Defective or tampered with
  • Expired or near expiry (less than 6 months shelf life remaining)
  • Incorrect item (different from what you ordered)

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product, packaging, and any visible damage
  • A description of the issue

We will review your case and, if approved, provide a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Wrong Item Shipped

If we shipped the wrong product to you, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost. The incorrect item must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.

Order Cancellation
