Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all locations across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday - Saturday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order confirmation will be sent to your email immediately after purchase
- Shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent once your order is dispatched
- All orders are carefully packaged to ensure product safety during transit
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times from the date of dispatch:
📦 Metro Cities: 3-5 business days
📦 Tier 2 Cities: 5-7 business days
📦 Remote Areas: 7-10 business days
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Charges

Enjoy free delivery across India when your order value is ₹999 or more!
For orders below ₹999:
- Standard shipping charges: ₹50-100 (depending on location and weight)
- Exact shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive:
- Shipping confirmation email with tracking number
- SMS updates on your registered mobile number
- Real-time tracking link to monitor your delivery status
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website.
Packaging & Handling
We take special care in packaging your Ayurvedic medicines:
- Secure Packaging: All products are packed in tamper-proof, sealed packaging
- Temperature Control: Products requiring special storage are packed with appropriate materials
- Discreet Delivery: Your privacy is important to us - packages are unmarked and discreet
- Quality Assurance: Each package is inspected before dispatch to ensure product integrity
Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to 3 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us. Please ensure:
- Your shipping address is complete and accurate
- Someone is available to receive the package
- Your contact number is correct and reachable
Undelivered or Returned Orders
If your order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete address
- Refusal to accept delivery
- Customer unavailability after multiple attempts
We will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping charges may apply.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
Damaged Package: If you receive a damaged package, please:
- Do not accept the delivery if the package appears tampered or severely damaged
- If already accepted, take photos immediately and contact us within 48 hours
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund as per our Return Policy
Lost Package: If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it:
- Check with neighbours or building security
- Contact us within 48 hours with your order details
- We will investigate with the courier and resolve the issue
Special Delivery Instructions
